The Pantry Loves Friday Hut Market, which began as a roadside stall, as it supports beekeepers from The Northern Rivers, Border Ranges and Southern Queensland. They produce small batches of diverse bush honey. With texture, colour, and flavour to change as seasonal blossoms come and go. The way it should be!
